The Alabama Tennis Association (ATA) is run by a volunteer Board of Directors. A professional staff, housed in Birmingham, carries out the operations of the organization. The 2026 JTT Alabama State Championships are in the books!
We had more than 800 kids participate and a record-breaking 109 teams compete. We're incredibly thankful for all the volunteers, staff, coaches, parents, and players who made this tournament such an amazing experience.

Briarwood Christian School just hosted the first-ever Rafa Nadal Academy Camp in Alabama, giving local juniors and adults the chance to train with elite coaches straight from Spain. Seeing our community hit the courts to learn about the “Rafa Methodology” is exactly why we love growing the game in this state!
