Does your athlete need to get stronger, faster, and more confident before fall sports?
Do they have tryouts coming up and need to show up ready for a higher level of competition?
Or maybe they just need something productive to do this summer so the break does not disappear into screens and missed opportunities.
Teamwork’s Summer Speed, Strength, & Explosive Training Program is built for athletes ages 9 and up who want to improve their speed, acceleration, strength, conditioning, and confidence before the next season begins.
Athletes will train with a certified strength and conditioning coach through intentional, safely progressed sports performance training designed to help them move better, get stronger, and handle the demands of competition.
Session options include:
Monday–Thursday:
3:30pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
Friday:
3:30pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm
Saturday:
9:00am
For two payments of $249, athletes receive up to 12 sessions per month, including:
A comprehensive athletic assessment
Nutrition coaching
Performance monitoring
Individualized coaching and training adjustments
Guidance to make sure athletes are doing the right amount of work, not too much and not too little
Programming begins June 8.

Yesterday marks one year of working his tail off with Teamwork!
AJ has cut 3/4 of a second off his 25yd sprint, added almost 7in to his vertical, and gained an ability that is rare in many linemen, a BEAUTIFUL split squat!
We’re so proud of all the work you’ve put in, even through 3 full sport seasons. Keep it up, AJ!

WINS OF THE WEEK
Congratulations to on his heel touch in a deep squat! Not only is his mobility improving, but he’s in a heated battle for a middle school vertical jump leader spot!
We have been fortunate to work with some locked in middle schoolers this year, and Brody Munden is among them! Not only are many of our younger guys learning to clean at a young age, but Brody is even beginning to perfect deep catches. Excellent work!

Belated happy birthday to three amazing people — Brant Munden, Ila Risner, and Isaiah Waggle! 🎉🎉
The Waggle brothers are off to a great start with us, adding a little strength each week and competing hard for athletic PRs as well💪
Ila put in some great work this winter, juggling an intense travel soccer schedule with strength training and track prep.
Brant works as hard as anyone around the gym and sets an awesome standard for our adults and athletes alike. When kids and parents are asking if you’re a boxer, you’re probably doing pretty well for yourself😎
