The city has been great to work with & the site is a blank space ripe for creative opportunity! First step in our design process is the survey. Sycamore Banks Mural & other acid stain moments ✅
The creek next to the park was part of the Underground Railroad & people found safety by hiding in the big sycamore roots that overhang into the creek. used this as inspiration for the acid stain mural she designed & painted. The sealer darkened the image but with use it will wear well.
