Surviving Bloomington is set to return to your screens in just 7 WEEKS!! The second half of Mischief Makers is releasing June 13th, 2026, and this cast definitely brings the HEAT! We have been hard at work to make sure this story is told right, and we can't wait for everyone to see how our seventh season unfolds!

Hey there everyone! With LRG Application Season fast approaching, it’s time for us to officially make an announcement about our plans moving forward.

After 8 years of hard work building a game that we are so proud of, we have reached a point where we feel a break is necessary. As a story-driven LRG, it’s important to us to tell the rich and dynamic stories that unfold while playing in Surviving Bloomington. We are hard at work finishing up the second half of Mischief Makers (season 7) episodes, and we have the entirety of season 8 footage to edit together to celebrate the amazing people who put their lives on hold to starve in the woods of Indiana for 5 days.

We have made the decision to use all of 2026 to commit to editing and catching up on these unique stories before moving on to filming season 9. That means Surviving Bloomington will NOT be casting or filming in 2026, but we will be BACK for the 2027 summer season with a full year of ideas ready to be implemented!

In the mean time, we hope to play around with some original format ideas this summer, so keep your eyes out for that! And if you are looking for some top notch Survivor games to play in 2026, Can You Survive? - Charity Event is currently casting, and Outlast: A Live Reality Game is casting in a couple weeks! We LOVE this LRG community, and we can’t wait to continue growing in our own unique way here in Bloomington, while supporting other games around the world.

While we won’t be filming a new season in 2026, we will still be in your feeds with brand new episodes, so stay tuned!
