HGSC is committed to provide a high-energy vibe and successful time of our members’ days with a community that is second to none! Alex, the head coach and head programmer, has been coaching & competing in CrossFit for over a decade at both local and regional-level! His favorite thing to do is coach — athletes of all types & backgrounds. He’s best known for his programming that keeps pushing his athletes to the next level.
