☑ Seating is first-come-first-serve, so arrive early to get your spot! And, if you want to, you can bring your own lawn chair or sit in our bleachers or picnic table areas in the beautiful mountain pine setting at the Jim Haswell Arena located in Idaho City, ID right off Hwy 21 about 1/4 mile North of the Idaho City Visitors Center. You can't miss it!
☑ Allow for travel time and drive safe on your way up and on your way home.
☑ 'Only you can prevent forest fires, it only takes one spark.' Your actions matter in protecting our natural environment - Thank You!
☑ Safety first, please drink responsibly and do not drink and drive.
☑ No outside food or drink allowed (with the exception of baby bottles for infants).
☑ No pets allowed unless it is a certified service animal.
☑ For the safety of our contestants two legged and four, please No throwing trash, debris or rocks into the rodeo arena.

Did you know that we feed about approximately 8 tons of hay to our bulls , broncs and the pick-up men's horses at our two-day event? Hay this year is running about $15 per bale or $350/ton...

We are fortunate to have a local farmer donate this hay... and, it's all because we are a 501(c)3 non-profit charity organization and we give back to the community by sharing our proceeds with organizations, such as; The Boise Basin Hunger Project who provides nutrition to people struggling with food insecurity in Idaho's Boise Basin area and we also offer trade school scholarships to graduating seniors at Basin High School in Idaho City, ID each year. We are proud to give back and help!
