Just finished a 15n20 steak knife for the house. A few more and I’ll work out the bugs of not being in the forge for a couple years. This knife features a African Ebony and Mahogany wood handle with brown G10 pins and G10 liners.

I was given an Ontario slicer from the 1950s from a very nice Lady from church that was in very poor shape and wouldn’t sharpen well after decades of incorrect angles. She offered me another knife in better shape but i chose to keep this as the steel is of good quality. I decided to give it new life with a re bevel and new handle of Black walnut, Osage orange and Paduak wood. A good introduction back to the shop and I’m happy with the outcome. I look forward to using it in the kitchen. A big thanks to DeEtte for the lovely knife. More to come in the near future.
