Discipline doesn’t ask how you feel.

It’s showing up anyway.
Putting in the rounds.
Doing the work when no one is watching.
Choosing growth over comfort — again and again.

Because every time you show up, you’re casting a vote for the person you want to become.

Train for life. Be hard to hurt. 👊

BUDDY WEEK went down this week!!

In a world full of “you can skip today” kind of friends, find your:

“Meet me on the mats.”
“Grab your gloves.”
“Just one more round.”
“Stay for sparring.”
“Let’s drill it again.”
“Hands up.”
“Breathe. You’re good.”
“If you’re training, I’m training.”
“You said you wanted to get better.”

…type of friends.

Because the right people don’t always make life easier.
They make you harder to break. 🥊🥋

Find the ones who push you.
Keep the ones who won’t let you quit.
