Ever wonder where the hottest spots in the studio are? We’re turning up the heat (map) and breaking down the benefits of infrared heat, from supporting circulation to helping your muscles warm up as you move.

And as a reminder – if a class is labeled HEATED, the entire room is warm, some spots just bring a little extra heat.

One international trip. One unforgettable destination. MADEIRA, PORTUGAL! 🇵🇹

Join us for our ONLY Out of Studio retreat of 2027 — 8 days of movement, adventure, connection + a little well-deserved relaxation on Portugal’s Island of Eternal Spring. Think oceanfront workouts, sunset hikes, e-biking through the island, a private catamaran experience, incredible food + plenty of time to soak it all in.

Our home for the week? A stunning cliffside hotel overlooking the Atlantic, complete with ocean-view rooms, pools, spa + direct ocean access. 🌊 The perfect balance of getting out, slowing down + experiencing something new with your B/SPOKE community.

One last day of movement on deck, and this one was for a cause close to our hearts. 🎀🩷

We wrapped up our final SUMMER ON DECK event of the season The Tall Ship in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, alongside our friends at Ellie Fund | Breast Cancer Support !

A morning of movement, community, and coming together for something bigger than ourselves. Thank you to everyone who showed up, moved with us, and helped us close out an unforgettable season on deck.
