Knee pain isn't always a knee problem.
Many people focus on the area that hurts, but the real issue is often somewhere else in the chain. Limited ankle mobility, weak glutes, poor hip stability, or movement restrictions can all place extra stress on the knees.

Meet Noel Ramsay, M.S.

Noel Ramsay joins EFC this June and July as a Guest Instructor, bringing five years of coaching experience and a Master's Degree in Kinesiology from WKU.

This Memorial Day, EFC honors Lt. Michael P. Murphy and every man and woman who gave their life in service to others. Murph is more than a workout. It is a reminder of sacrifice, discipline, resilience, and community.
