Be ready when tryout day arrives! Train for Tryouts (TFT) is designed to help athletes prepare for the skills, drills, and workouts they can expect during tryouts.

TFT also provides an opportunity to be seen and evaluated in a smaller, more focused setting before official tryouts begin. Many athletes feel overwhelmed on tryout day, whether it’s from being unprepared for the workout or competing alongside a large number of athletes in the gym.
