👻 MCQMRC Halloween Havoc 🎃 Day 2

🌟 Senior Honda 🌟
Feature: P2 to P4

🌟 Light 160 🌟
Feature: P4 to 🥉

🩷 Feature starting position was based on points from yesterday, so of course, we were in all of our favorite spots!! 🙄

Claire just didn’t have the speed she needed in her senior Honda. She did win a $100 gift certificate for an engine refresh, which is definitely needed and appreciated!! Thank you to Elite Racing Engines for your generous donation.

In Light 160, she had an awesome start, right into 3rd. Ended up spinning at one point, went to the back. She made her way back up and ran 2nd for most of a caution filled race, but ended up getting passed with a few laps to go and that’s where she finished.

Thank you so much to our sponsors who made this season possible!!

👻 MCQMRC Halloween Havoc 🎃 We absolutely love this race every year, with twin heats based on pill draw/inverse and features based on points accumulated. Trailer treating followed racing along with delicious pizza 🍕

🌟 Senior Honda 🌟
Heat 1: P7 to 🥈
Heat 2: P1 to 🥈

🌟 Light 160 🌟
Heat 1: P5 to 🥉
Heat 2: P6 to P5

🩷 Claire drove her best all day, but she really put in the effort in her last 160 heat. A car made contact with her spinning them both out. She managed to come from second to last during the last few laps up to 5th place. Her driving was the best it’s ever been in that car during that second heat race. 💪🏻 Hoping she has a little better luck tomorrow for a stronger finish.

🙏🏻 Thank you to our friends and family who came out to watch today, and special thanks to our sponsors who have made our entire season possible!!

🎃 Oaklane Pumpkin Race Day 2 👻 Points earned put Claire starting P2 in the A Main out of 16 cars total.

🌟 Senior Honda 🌟
A Main: P2 to P5

🙄 Claire was sadly driven into the wall on the start, sustaining significant damage to her front end. The team did what they could, but it was definitely a set back starting her last since she had to exit the track for repairs. She was able to drive her way back into 5th place.

🩷Congrats to our friend Kinsley Gerhart Girls Racing on your win- you drove an amazing race!!

🏎️ Our friend Izzy drove our car (her old car!) in the retired drivers race and did an awesome job!!

As always, thank you to our sponsors!!

🎃 Oaklane Pumpkin Race Day 1 👻 Monza finally returned!! It’s so fun to race for points and Claire loves this format.

🌟 Senior Honda 🌟
Leg 1: P5 to 🥈
Leg 2: P2 to 🏁

🩷 Claire did great today, navigating lapped traffic and making smart, clean passes. The kids all had fun painting pumpkins and of course, trailer treating at the end of the night. 🍬 A number of drivers retired today, and Claire was lucky enough to get to race a retiring driver she has looked up to since the beginning - and she won!! Thank you Anthony Luberto Racing for always being gracious and someone the younger kids can look up to. Stay tuned for day 2 tomorrow! 🧛🏻‍♀️

As always, thank you to our sponsors!!

🩷 Oaklane Regular Show 🫨

🌟 Senior Honda 🌟
Heat: P3 to P5
Feature: P9 to 🥉

🧨 Led the heat for over half the race, was put to the back after she misjudged a pass around a lapped car with two to go. The feature - well, I’m not even sure how those kids got through that without a caution. Lapped traffic made for an interesting race. 🫣 Claire managed to make her way from 9th to 3rd, doing her best with what was happening on the track.

As always, thank you to our sponsors!!
