Every so often, I'm caught off guard and think...WOW...just WOW.
Last night was one of those moments. I was coaching and I looked up to see Lindsay Clayson coaching and Brian McSweeney and Morgan Powers working hard in her class.
Full story coming soon but for now...one high school intern turned personal trainer, one runner turned CrossFitter and coach & one long time friend turned manager and confidant.
I'm so proud of all of you and all that you've accomplished. I can't wait to see what you do next. Thank you for being my people. Love you!

The weeks between Thanksgiving and New Year’s are a four-week-long snack attack. Each year, it’s a magical time when your diet goes to die a glorious, gravy-soaked death. You started with a single piece of Halloween candy weeks ago and planned to “save the rest” to make garbage can cookies, but something happened and your bowl is empty. It’ OK though!
