Here's our sausage list for this season. Call if you have questions. Bulk items, guaranteed your own deer back. Other items are mixed with runs through this plant. Come and enjoy our great products..25 yrs experienced.

Boneless cuts, 25 varieties of sausage, 24 yrs exp, Clean quality cuts, $170-155 basic processing. This includes skinning, cutting, wrapping and then grinding trim for burger.

Physical tagging of your harvest is no longer required ❌

The DNR no longer requires a physical tag to be attached to big game (deer, elk, bear), furbearers, turkey, or lake sturgeon at the time of harvest. Those physical tags are now replaced with the act of site validation.

At the site of the harvest, licensed hunters will need to validate prior to moving the animal. This can be done through:

• The mobile app, MN DNR Licensing (site validation/harvest registration)

• By hand on a printed site validation, provided by a license retailer or printed at home

If you choose to do the latter, just keep your printed site validation on your person as you transport your harvest.

Remember to complete the process by registering your harvest either online, through the app, or at participating license retailer within the required timeframe.

If you were offline during your mobile site validation/harvest registration, simply re-open your app when you're back in service to submit your information.

We are on the move!!. The War of the Wood rats is upon us. And are prepared to take in your harvest. Clean quality cuts is what we do!.We also will have prepared BBq available to take with you for Deer camp. Pulled pork, Cowboy beans available. If your lucky we might have some ribs left 😋. We will also have a place for you to stay. (JAN-MARCH). (30ft bunkhouse style camper 2022 heritage glen)and enjoy a warm week of fishing and relaxing.. (depending on schedule) guided fishing on the gulf also a option..
