Coming off another thrilling 26x1 relay, one of our favorite things to do as a team and always a fun day to see teammates outside practice! It's great to hang out with other Boston area run clubs as well and have some friendly competition :))

Every night after practice I leave thinking "tonight was a movie" and luckily it has never resembled a horror movie. If you're interested in joining our bi-weekly heart-warming sports film, try out Community Running with a two week free trial (link in bio). Practice Monday and Wednesday nights.

A huge congratulations to our Community Runners who absolutely showed up and showed out for Marathon Weekend! Coach Sam, Rebecca, Tim and Andrew (not pictured) all smashed the marathon. And we cannot forget to mention our 5K runners! Natasha, Sarah, Yangdong, Cameron and Daniel all raced Saturday in the BAA 5K.
(FYI if you like their fashionable singlets, you too could have one when we do our next merch order!)
We always love to see our members (and coaches) racing around Boston and beyond and have the chance to celebrate them 🥳🥳

Change is afoot! Wednesday outdoor practices are moving to the Harvard McCurdy Outdoor Track starting g April 22nd. Mondays and weather caused indoor practices will remain at MIT.

The excitement for Marathon Monday is in the air as our April Group run crew approaches Lansdowne on a beautiful spring morning.
There is no harder math than track pacing math, and we understand that. Our coaches build our workouts, and they are happy to help do the pacing math for them! That is one of many reasons why we love them.
