Did you know that we have a YouTube channel with 150 different workouts? From 10 minutes to 60 minutes. Equipment or no equipment.
Also we stream most Tuesdays and Thursdays live from YouTube. 7.50 AM EST. You will need a mat and dumbbells. B***y Bands are also a great asset!

Our amazing yoga instructor Mindy is taking over the Sunday morning classes while I will be loved. Susan is recovering from her surgery. Come and join her! Only $10 for drop ins.
