It’s a great day to have a strong day!
It’s hard to contain our excitement as the gym continues to improve and the experience gets better every week. I can feel the difference every morning when I walk through the doors.
It’s going to be a great week doing what we love. I already know it 💪

This summer heat wave has been no joke! We restocked our Surge Ice Shakers just in time!
New colors are here, and the gold is already a staff and member favorite. The black camo looks badass too!

A huge thank you to all of the lifters, volunteers, sponsors, and supporters who made Doggos + Deadlifts 2026 possible.
We had so much fun lifting heavy, meeting adorable adoptable puppies, and supporting an amazing cause.
So far we’ve raised $2,220, which is 45% of our fundraising goal! With Commercial Tire generously pledging 50¢ for every pound lifted, we’re going to hit our goal of $5,000!
Now let’s see if we can reach $7,500! 🎉

Hey everyone, Doggos + Deadlifts is this Saturday 07/11 at 10:00 AM!
Doggos + Deadlifts brings our community together to do what we love while giving back to a cause that’s bigger than ourselves.
This Saturday we’ll be raising money for Anderson Humane, and we’re currently 36% of the way toward our $5,000 fundraising goal.
Whether you come to lift, cheer on the athletes, meet some amazing dogs, or simply make a donation, every bit of support helps make a difference.
