When athleticism improves, performance follows. McKenzie is proof. π€ΈββοΈ
As an elite gymnast, McKenzie understood that improving her athleticism would enhance every aspect of her performance. She committed to the process, added performance training to her routine, and the results have been undeniable.
π Vertical Jump: +7"
β‘ Speed: +1.5 MPH
π₯ Broad Jump: 65" β 81"
The numbers are impressive, but they're only part of the story. The biggest win is seeing those gains transfer directly to her sport. McKenzie is performing her skills at the highest level she ever hasβmore explosive, more powerful, and more confident in her abilities.
That's what happens when training is designed to improve performance, not just test scores.
Congratulations on 50 workouts, McKenzie. We're excited to see what's next. π

Let's stop pretending the weight room is the problem.
Playing 5β8 games a week. Traveling every weekend. Competing year-round with no true offseason.
That's the bigger issue.
Strength, speed, and jump training don't break athletes downβthey prepare them for the demands of sport.
Games test resilience.
Training builds it.
A lack of resilienceβnot trainingβis the real problem.

π΅ Brooks just got paid $100 cash... and he's pumped.
After seeing the progress Cam made at True Athlete Performance, Brooks started telling other parents what was working. One of those athletes came in for a FREE Athlete Analysis, loved the experience, signed up for training, and Brooks earned $100 cash through our referral program.
It's that simple.

Confidence isn't taught. It's built. πͺ
Every parent has given the pep talk: "You've got this." "Believe in yourself." "Just go have fun."
But confidence in sports doesn't come from words alone.
It comes from knowing your body can do what the game demands.
When athletes feel strong, fast, and explosive, they compete freely. They take chances. They trust themselves.
When they feel physically overmatched, hesitation takes over.
That's why so many talented young athletes lose confidence between ages 10β14. It's often not a lack of passion for the game. It's a lack of belief in what their body can do.
The solution isn't always more skill work.
Sometimes the fastest way to rebuild confidence is to build the athlete.
Get stronger. Get faster. Get more explosive.
When the body changes, confidence follows.

Winter goal. Summer results. π
Brady started training at TrueAP this winter with one mission: prepare for a summer of college visits and continue chasing his goal of playing collegiate football.
50 workouts later, the work is paying off:
π Vertical Jump: +4"
β‘ Speed: +1.7 MPH
π Agility: -0.25 sec
Summer is here, and Brady is showing up to those college campuses faster, more explosive, and more confident than ever.
The numbers are great, but they're a reflection of the consistency, effort, and commitment he's brought to every session.
50 workouts down. Just getting started. π

π° $100 cash for doing something she'd do anyway.
If you know Ainsley, you know she talks about TrueAP everywhere she goesβschool, church, practice, and skills sessions.
Recently, she told a friend about her experience here. That conversation led to a new athlete joining TrueAP and put $100 cash in Ainsley's pocket.
The best part? She wasn't doing it for the money. She genuinely loves being part of the TrueAP family and wants other athletes to experience it too.
Know an athlete who could benefit from TrueAP? Send them our way. When they sign up after their FREE Athlete Analysis, you'll earn $100 too. ππ΅
