Why I love coaching at Peach Lab:
I love seeing women gain confidence through lifting. Peach Lab creates such a safe, supportive community for women to lift, grow, and feel strong — and I truly believe that as women, we need each other!
In my classes, I’m definitely known for giving corrections and paying attention to the details. Sometimes the smallest tweak in form can make the biggest impact, and I want everyone in my class to feel confident in what they’re doing.
And of course… the music! I truly believe a great playlist can completely change the energy of a workout, so I always try to bring a bomb playlist to every class!
