Happy Birthday, Coach Miles! 🎉

For some reason he chose to spend his birthday weekend with us fellow coaches… taking a specialty gymnastics course. Because of course he did. Always leveling up. Always investing. Always leading from the front.

We’re lucky to have a coach who makes us better humans every single day, not just stronger athletes. His standard, his patience, his attention to detail… it raises the bar for all of us. And our members feel that.

No matter your shape, size, age, or story — you deserve to feel good in your body and mind and proud of who you are. When you start doing something for you, you end up teaching others what true happiness looks like.

So here’s your challenge: join a gym or find your version of that outlet, as long as it brings you community and reminds you you’re not alone because sometimes the best therapy is simply being surrounded by good humans. ❤️

Six weeks won’t make you perfect. But six weeks of structure, intention, and consistency can change how you move, how you train, and how much you believe in yourself. This Bridge Run Prep Specialty Course is a taste of real endurance training—learning how to pace, how to trust the work, and how to stay committed when it would be easier not to.

You’ll receive a 6-week individualized training program with 3–4 runs per week, designed to meet you where you are and progressively build endurance the right way. No guessing. No overreaching. Just honest work stacked week after week.

Progress doesn’t come from doing more—it comes from doing the right things consistently. Showing up when it’s uncomfortable. Trusting the plan when results aren’t immediate. Letting the process do what it’s designed to do.

You’re more capable than you think. We’ll meet once weekly on Thursdays at 5:15 for accountability, guidance, and community—because no one builds an engine alone.

This isn’t just prep for a race.
It’s training for the long run.

We’re a family. We celebrate each other’s successes. We support each other when we need it, whether it be a high five after a workout, help moving to a new home, or lending an ear over coffee.

We’re a mix of so many different types of people. Students, engineers, teachers, doctors, bankers, nurses, lawyers, hospitality workers. And while our backgrounds all differ greatly, our desires do not.

We strive to be better than we were yesterday. A little stronger, a little tougher, a little faster. Mentally, physically, emotionally. And we do it together.
