To the person who thinks it’s too late.

It’s not.

I’ve seen people start at 55 and build the healthiest version of themselves they’ve ever been.

Not because they were special. But because they stopped waiting and just started.

Your age is not the barrier. The decision to wait is.

You raised the kids.
Paid the bills.
Showed up to every job.
Every obligation.

For decades.

And somewhere in the middle of all of that —

Not because you didn’t matter.

Ask yourself this...

Sore muscles don’t mean stop.

They mean you’re doing something right.

Your body is repairing itself.

Adapting.

Getting stronger.

That’s literally the whole point.

Train something else.

Lower the intensity.

Go for a walk aka active recovery.

Stretch, etc.

Just keep moving.

Everything else is just your brain looking for an excuse.

Soreness is a signal.

Not a stop sign.
