Update next day: Out doing some sampling and there are channels of fresh sand from the dry ject. The depth varies but looks to mostly be 3+ to around 4 inches, some deeper. Picture in comments. The sand on the surface is still wet after having been drug yesterday and dragging the dew off this morning, but there really isn't that much sand on the surface, a fraction the amount we would normally have to blow off after 1/2 inch punch and fill. Still a 2 day process overall. 1 to inject the sand and the next to blow/drag off excess sand. Smoother surface though. Yesterday: Long and productive day today. Tried a different procedure to aerate greens today. Hired a contractor to use water pressure to shoot dry sand into the greens. Less surface disruption and all greens completed in 1 day rather than 2. Much less excess sand to remove and a smoother putting surface when finished. The greens were verticut(dethached) yesterday for the 3rd time in the last month.
