A lot can change in 10 years! This was me with some of the original prototype dumbbell plates back in 2016. Fast forward to 2026 and I’m at Homegymcon for the 3rd year in a row unveiling new products! Thanks for all the continued support!

The 3.75 pound dumbbell plate cases are finally available! You can now store your 3.75lb dumbbell plates in a hard shell carrying case to keep them together and secure when traveling. It is 15 pounds in the case so the case will be heavy, but your plates will be together. It is made of a similar leather outer shell with spandex inside. The case will fit up to four of the 3.75 pound dumbbell plates. Available now as just a case or at a reduced price if you buy it with the 3.75lb dumbbell plate sets!

One of the questions we had at Homegymcon was about 3.75lb plates for rep Pepin dumbbells. Micro Gainz has you covered with our 1.25lb magnetic plate for nuobell. It can attach to our 2.5 pound add-on or reps 2.5lb add on plates to make a 3.75lb plate and then make a 7.5lb jump. Check out the video and see!

Check out this video from Mike Mike Coval | Surgeon Vitality Coach ! He’s looks at the Micro Gainz 1.25lb dumbbell plates from a physicians perspective. Great for progressive overload and getting stronger over time. He even mentions it can compliment a physicians work in the OR. Great video!

Although the plates look similar the Nuobell and Snode magnetic attachments are very different. Check out this video for some of the comparing contrast of the two products.
