This past week I played in my first tournament for the season, hit the ball ok,, but made a few mental mistakes. I always try to take notes after my tournaments to see what I did well and what I needed to improve on. One of the things I noticed was that I missed quite a few greens to the right which usually means my path is getting too into out and my body isnβt rotating through the ball well.
So I created this practice station with the g box and the to help me get my path more to neutral and get my body moving a little bit more efficiently.

Hangback city.
Focus on the process not the mechanics and chipping will improve:
1) starting line
2) landing spot
3) neutral roll

Take your golf game to the next level! A training station can help amateurs stay on track and get instant feedback. But let's be real, self-discovery is key. It's all about finding what works for you and getting that club in position. This station's a game-changer for backswing control and instant feedback!
Most amateur golfers couldnβt tell you the difference between impact and address. So this exercise is something I think most golfers should practice so they can feel the difference between set up and impact.
-start in your dress position and then press down into your front side and open your hips slightly. Itβs amazing that the hands almost automatically move in front of the ball.
Over the years I have struggled with pitching as I sometimes pull too much and dig the leading edge. So I started doing this exercise a few years ago and has helped tremendously. It really helps me feel the weight of the head swing and my HandPath to rise through the ball.

Happy holidays!
How important are mechanics?!?!? For me personally, getting on the right track, has become a life saver and made tournament golf fun again.
