🚨 PLEASE READ THE ATTACHED GRAPHICS CAREFULLY! 🚨
ALL AGES POSTED ARE LEAGUE AGES. Please check the attached graphics to find your player’s League Age and correct evaluation time before coming to Skills Day.

⭐ IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR LEAGUE AGE 12 BASEBALL PLAYERS ⭐

League Age 12 players who played in the Majors division at Countryside during the Spring 2026 season DO NOT need to attend Skills Day.

League Age 12 players who are NEW to Countryside or DID NOT play Majors at Countryside during the Spring 2026 season MUST attend Skills Day.

⏰ Players must arrive 30 minutes before their scheduled evaluation time for check-in and warm-ups.

🚨 CLEARWATER REC CARD REQUIRED! 🚨
Every player MUST have proof of a valid Clearwater Rec Card in order to participate.

❗ NO REC CARD = NO FIELD TIME. ❗

Players who do not have proof of their Rec Card will not be permitted on the field for their skills evaluation. Please take care of this BEFORE Saturday so your player doesn’t miss out!

📋 Players also need their Medical Release Form.
