What started years ago as a local Strongman competition has grown into one of the most exciting strength events in the Southeast, and now we take another massive step forward. Athletes competing at Clearwater Classic will now have the opportunity to earn their place on one of the biggest stages in the sport through the Official Strongman Games qualification pathway.

It is a true honor to welcome Mayor Bruce Rector back out to the Clearwater Classic for the second year in a row.
Last year was the first time we met — and to have him return again this year to witness the growth of this event means a lot. What started as a vision has turned into one of the largest strongman competitions in Florida, right here on America’s #1 Beach.
Having the Mayor of Clearwater come out and support the athletes, vendors, families, and community that make this event possible speaks volumes about what we are building.
This isn’t just a competition.
It’s a movement.
It’s community.
It’s strength — inside and out.
