The climb starts here! Hill sprints force athletes to apply power, maintain posture and finish every stride. Before we chase fast times indoors, we spend time build the strength required to produce them.

From explosive 60m starts to tactical 800m finishes, our sprinters took major steps forward this season. 📈

The sprint squad had the most graduating seniors across all event groups. We want to thank them for their many contributions and their leadership.

Watching these jumpers commit to the grind for months and watching it pay off at the State and National meets is what it’s all about. Beyond the medals and the podium spots, the real victory was watching their growth as athletes, competitors, and working to become great together!

All-American Anna Wile!! 👸🏼🏅

Anna’s time in the finals 13.37 is one of the fastest times in NBNO History! She earned fourth place in an extremely loaded field!

Anna ends her high school career ranked US #5! It’s been Anna-mazing ride (🫣) to see you grow and develop over the past 3 seasons into one of the best hurdlers in the country!

The Sophomore earns All-American!! 🤴🏾🏅

Barack has improved tremendously in the last year, his semifinal time of 13.66 is almost a full second faster than his Freshman PR of 14.62 from this meet a year ago! 🤯

Barack finishes his season ranked #5 among all returning High schoolers! How much faster will he run next year??

Symone Smith is the Division 1 Discus State Champion!

Symone wins the day with a throw of 137 feet! This is her second gold medal of the year, First she was Indoor Weight Throw State Champion, now she is Outdoor Discus State Champion!

Over the weekend, the Ole Miss Commit also earned 3rd place in Shot Put and 3rd place in Hammer Throw, proving she’s one of the best Throwers in the state!
