🚗 ONE LAST LEG! Toledo, Ohio ➡️ HOME SWEET PENNSYLVANIA! ❤️

As we make our final stretch home, we’ve had a whole lot of time in the car to reflect on this incredible adventure. And while the breathtaking Wyoming scenery, unforgettable cattle drives, and sore bottoms will certainly stick with us… it’s the PEOPLE who have left the biggest impression on our hearts. ❤️

Especially the Kearns family.

We’ve spent a lot of time talking about just how incredibly kind, caring, generous, and downright LOVING this family is.

Dana, Alice, Taylor, and Cathryn didn’t just welcome us onto their ranch. They welcomed us into their lives, their home, and their family.

There is something so incredibly special about people who make you feel like you’ve known them your entire life, even when you’ve only just met.

They reminded us that genuine hospitality isn’t about fancy accommodations or grand gestures. It’s about making someone feel seen, valued, cared for, and like they belong.

And boy, did they make us feel like we belonged. 🥹❤️

We headed west expecting an adventure. We never imagined we’d come home with hearts quite this full.

As the miles tick down between Toledo and Pennsylvania, we’re a little exhausted, a whole lot sore, and already dreaming about the day we get to return to Wyoming.

Because sometimes the most beautiful part of a journey isn’t the places you go… it’s the people who make you wish you could stay.

To the Kearns family, thank you for showing us what true Western hospitality looks like. You’ve left a mark on our hearts that won’t soon fade.

Wyoming, you sure were good to us. 🤠❤️

Now… let’s get these two road-weary cowgirls HOME! 🐎🚗

🥩🐄 GOOD MORNING FROM WYOMING!!! 🤠☀️

The RideJoy girls are UP, moving (a little slower than usual 🤣), and off on another adventure!!

Our bottoms are still sore from surviving Double Rafter Cattle Drives, but there’s no rest for the weary when there’s more to explore! 🙌

Today, thanks to the incredible Kerns family, we’re getting a BEHIND-THE-SCENES TOUR of their USDA-certified meat processing facility!

We’re going to see firsthand what FARM TO TABLE really looks like, learn about the process, and get a glimpse into a side of ranching most people never get to experience!

And you KNOW we’re bringing you along for the ride! 🎥🐮

Now, we’re still holding out hope that this tour works a little like Hershey’s Chocolate World…

They give you chocolate at the end of THAT tour…

Sooooo… SURELY there’s a steak waiting for us at the end of this one, right?! 🥩🤣

Stay tuned! We’re trading saddles for steaks today, and we can’t wait to show you what we discover!

🤠🐎 WE SURVIVED DOUBLE RAFTER CATTLE DRIVES!!! 🙌

Are we a little banged up? Yep.
Are we sore in places we didn’t even know COULD be sore? ABSOLUTELY. 🤣
Would we do it all over again? IN A HEARTBEAT. ❤️

But as incredible as the riding, the scenery, and the adventure were… none of it compares to the people we met along the way.

Dana, Alice, their son Taylor, and his wife Cathryn—the Kerns family. ❤️

These wonderful people didn’t just welcome us onto their ranch. They welcomed us like family.

And I have to tell you, that meant more to me than I could ever adequately put into words.

For someone who hasn’t always felt like she has a place in this world, there’s something incredibly special about finding yourself somewhere you’ve never been, surrounded by people you’ve only just met, and somehow feeling like you belong.

No pretenses. No expectations. Just genuine, wholehearted hospitality from people who make you feel like there’s always room for one more at the table.

We came to Wyoming looking for an adventure. We found something so much more. ❤️

And while we’re leaving with some VERY sore bottoms, we’re also leaving with hearts that couldn’t possibly be any fuller… and already DREAMING of the day we get to join the Kerns family again!

BUT WAIT… THE ADVENTURE ISN’T OVER YET!!! 🤠

Tomorrow, the Kerns family has one more special treat in store for us!

We’re getting a behind-the-scenes tour of their USDA-certified meat processing facility! 🥩🐄

A real peek behind the curtain at what FARM TO TABLE actually looks like—from the ranch to the dinner plate!

And honestly?! This was a surprise we NEVER saw coming, but we’re so excited to learn about this side of their operation and share it with you!

Although… we do have ONE very important question. 🤔

You know how the Hershey’s Chocolate Factory gives you a little chocolate treat at the end of the tour?

Does that mean we get a STEAK at the end of this one?! 🥩🤣🙌

🚗💨 1,800 MILES. 3,000 FEET IN ELEVATION GAINED. AND WE MADE IT!!! 🤠🏔️🐎

SHERIDAN, WYOMING… WE HAVE ARRIVED!!! 🎉

From Pennsylvania to Wyoming, through endless highways, wide-open skies, a few detours, and more gas station stops than we’d care to admit… we’re FINALLY HERE!

And now? The REAL adventure begins. 😍💖

Tonight, we’re getting settled into the hotel, charging up the drone, testing out our microphones, and getting all our gear ready because tomorrow we’re bringing you something REALLY special!

We’re heading out to Double Rafter Cattle Drives to bring you the story of the Kerns family—the people, the passion, the hard work, and the generations of western tradition behind this incredible experience.

We didn’t travel 1,800 miles just to see the sights. We came to tell a story. To meet the people behind the ranch. To experience a little piece of the American West that so many of us only dream about.

And we can’t WAIT to take you along for the ride! 🎥🐴
