Nicol is only in Concord for a short time completing a physical therapy rotation, but she found CrossFit Cabarrus months before she ever moved here.
From the moment she walked through the doors, she jumped right in and became part of the community.
One thing we never want to take for granted is how well our members welcome people. Whether someone has been here for years or is only here for a season, they’re embraced, encouraged, and made to feel like they belong.
That’s what makes this place special. The workouts bring people in, but the people are what make them stay. ❤️

If you don’t know Rene, you’re missing out.
You know those people you instantly connect with? The ones who make everyone around them better just by showing up? That’s Rene.
He’s been a tremendous asset to our community. He encourages others, embraces every challenge, competes with heart, and consistently steps up as a leader. During Murph, as an active service member, he shared a message that reminded all of us why we do it. His words gave us perspective, purpose, and an extra reason to keep pushing when things got tough.
For all of these reasons, Rene is our June Member of the Month. This recognition is well deserved, and we’re grateful to have him as part of our community.

A week of testing was a true testament to the work being done at CrossFit Cabarrus. Over 93% of members achieved a new personal record. 📈
That matters.
Because PRs don’t just tell you what you’re capable of… they tell the story of the hard work, consistency, and effort you’ve put in over time.

PRVN ACHILLES starts this week.
10 weeks. Structured progression. Real intent behind the work.
After Medusa focused on durability, volume, and Murph prep… Achilles shifts gears toward:
