This badass doesn’t just show up… she brings the ENERGY. ⚡️

She’s been inspiring us with her consistency, her positivity, and the fact that she’ll somehow make it to class at basically ANY hour of the day because she is NOT missing that workout. 👏🏼

And the best part? She inspired her daughter to join the F45 fam, and now these two go HARD together. 🥹🔥 Mother-daughter duo goals for real.

Fun fact: she used to be a spin instructor, so clearly the love for making people sweat runs DEEP. 😂🚴🏼‍♀️
