Emma is an incredibly talented volleyball player, and we absolutely LOVE watching her play. She is currently playing in our Sokol League and has officially started her high school volleyball career as a FRESHMAN ON VARSITY! 🔥👏 That alone speaks volumes about the kind of athlete she is!

Emma puts in the work in everything she does. She competes, she motivates, and most importantly, she leads her teams in every way. We have watched her grow so much over these last few years, not only as a volleyball player but as a young lady, and we couldn’t be more proud of her.

Layla has such an adventurous spirit! She loves surfing, sports, the beach, spending time with her friends and pets, and getting lost in a good book. 🌊🏄‍♀️📚🐾

But when Layla steps onto the volleyball court, WATCH OUT! 🏐🔥 She is an incredible athlete, a natural leader, and she is absolutely KILLING IT in volleyball! She continues to grow, work hard, and show everyone what she’s capable of.

One of the things we love most about our Sokol girls is seeing the friendships they build beyond our gym. ❤️

During the fall school season, many of our girls find themselves playing together as teammates—or standing on opposite sides of the net as rivals. But no matter what jersey they’re wearing or what the scoreboard says, they come together before and after those games as friends first.

They compete hard. They cheer each other on. They hug when it’s over. And then they come right back to Sokol as teammates again.

Different schools. Different jerseys. One volleyball family. 🏐

Her dedication has earned her straight A’s, and her punctuality, organization, and strong work ethic are qualities that make her an outstanding role model.

Beyond all of her accomplishments, what makes Neira truly special is her heart. She faithfully serves her family, lovingly helps care for her younger siblings, and is always willing to lend a helping hand to others. Today we celebrate not only your 18th birthday, but also the incredible young woman you’ve become.

Sophia has been part of the Sokol family since she was just 5 years old. Through years of practices, games, tournaments, victories, and lessons learned, her love for volleyball has never faded. While she may not be on the court every day anymore, she continues to give back to the sport she loves by serving as one of our dedicated scorekeepers.

Your commitment, reliability, and willingness to help make a difference at Sokol. As your mom, watching you grow from a little girl chasing volleyballs to a young adult supporting the next generation of players has been such a privilege.
