Tonight’s Presa Pups class was filled with teamwork, energy, and plenty of reasons to celebrate! Our little grapplers worked hard, supported one another, and had a great time on the mats.

We’re so glad we got to celebrate your birthday with you, Zayden! 🎉

These students did more than just train jiu-jitsu for an hour last night. They were actively listening, working as a team, communicating, problem-solving, and learning how to encourage and support one another.

Every class is about more than learning techniques. It’s about building discipline, learning how to overcome challenges, and developing skills that carry far beyond the mats.

Train with a purpose.
Grow through the journey. 💪🏽

My Presa Pups (ages 5–7) showed up today energized, focused, and ready to learn!

Today we talked about bullies and emphasized that they never have to feel helpless or afraid when they know what to do. We focused on awareness, confidence, and knowing how to respond appropriately if they ever find themselves in a difficult situation.

Training with a purpose means teaching our kids that Jiu-Jitsu is more than what happens on the mats. These skills help our kids stay calm, make good choices, protect themselves when necessary, and confidently navigate challenges.

We’re not just teaching Jiu-Jitsu—we’re equipping them skills they can carry with them wherever they go.

Help us wish a huge Happy Birthday to Pearl and Jose!

You each go above and beyond for your families and continue to push and encourage your teammates on the mats to become better versions of themselves and better at their Jiu-Jitsu.

We are grateful for the dedication you bring to Presa Bjj!
