Stuck in a rut and can’t figure out why you’re not making any progress? Maybe because you need to be doing something different. Luckily some things don’t change! We’re still having class MWF via Zoom AND I send out recordings afterwards so members that couldn’t join us can do the workouts on their own later. It doesn’t look like this COVID stuff is going away anytime soon- don’t let your Quarantine 15 turn into your Quarantine 50!

Today you'll need the following:
Mat (or carpeted area)
2 paper plates
That's it
Now if you want some progressions then grab a moderate weight for a minor progression or grab a lighter weight for a major progression (I know that sounds backwards but I promise it's not)
If you happen to have a Swiss ball laying around then grab that. Or grab your kid's bouncy/soccer/basketball

Good morning my little rays of sunshine!! Today we work out from home! I plan to attempt to go live at 9:15 for a full body workout. Things you’ll need:
Mat or carpeted area
Heavy weights, moderate weights, light weights
A good attitude and a sense of humor 😆
No weights- no problem. You can do these moves without weights or holding canned goods or even putting multiple cans in grocery bags.
