A shoutout to Kathy, who we’re featuring in this post not just because of her birthday, but earlier this year during the Open, she achieved one of her long-time goals and got her first pull-ups💪

May Commitment Club! ⭐️ A big congratulations to Brad, our May Commitment Club winner!
Brad clocked 18 check-ins during his first full month with us, earning a raffle entry along with everyone else who hit the Commitment Club goal. When it came time to draw a winner, Brad’s name was the one selected. 🎟️
We’re proud of ALL our members who stayed consistent throughout May and put in the work to reach their goals. Every check-in represents a commitment to yourself, and that’s worth celebrating.
As we head into June, keep the momentum going. Keep checking in, stay consistent, and strive for 1% better every day 👏

How long have you been at GBar3 and what brought you in?
Since 2023. I had tried Crossfit in Brazil while there for work, and wanted to continue attending in the U.S.
What is one thing you love about GBar3?
I love that not only is a second home to me where I interact with amazing people, but I love how professional and knowledgeable all coaches are. Always focusing on form, and making sure we are executing the workouts properly.
What is one piece of advice you’d give to new members?
Don’t let the name Crossfit intimidate you. It’s ultimately a modality of exercise that will challenge you, but also reward you with endurance, conditioning and HAPPINESS. The endorphin high is real!!!
What’s something many people don’t know about you?
I play the guitar and I am obsessed with music!! Oh, I also speak 3 languages too! 🎸

MURPH 💪 Memorial Day Monday 🇺🇸May 25th | 8:30 AM
Murph is more than just a workout. It’s a GBar3 Memorial Day tradition done in honor of Lt. Michael Murphy and the sacrifices made by so many who have served our country.
Every year, athletes around the world take on this workout not because it’s easy, but because it reminds us to do something hard with purpose.
And the best part? Murph can truly be for everyone. Whether you complete the full workout, scale it, partition the reps, or team up with a partner to share the work, there’s a version that meets you where you are.
After the workout, we’ll hang out together with a cookout 🌭 If you’re coming, bring a side dish to share!
We also loved having at Spring Fling so much, that we invited her back for Murph! She’ll be there ready to support our athletes with all their recovery needs.
Come move with us, challenge yourself, and be part of something bigger than a workout. 🇺🇸
