Today we remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. 🇺🇸
Our 12th Annual Murph & Crawfish Boil was one for the books. Over 75 athletes came through the gym to take on Murph together grinding through every mile, pull-up, push-up, and squat with grit, heart, and purpose.
The workout was tough, but the community was even stronger. Grateful for every person who showed up, pushed each other, and helped make the day meaningful.
And of course… nothing wraps up Memorial Day better than a great crawfish boil with the crew. 🦞
Forever grateful. Never forgotten. ❤️💙

🇺🇸 MURPH • MAY 25 🇺🇸
Join us for our annual Murph workout on Monday, May 25th with class times at 7:30am & 9:00am.
This workout is done in honor of Lt. Michael P. Murphy and all fitness levels are welcome. Scaling options will be available for everyone.
Workout:
1 Mile Run
100 Pull-Ups
200 Push-Ups
300 Air Squats
1 Mile Run
A few notes:
• Please arrive on time, this is a longer workout
• Stay hydrated and come prepared to work
• Bring your friends and family to cheer you on or join in
• No regular classes this day
• Annual Crawfish Boil afterwards!

To prove to yourself you can do hard things.

January Committed Club 👊🔥
Big time shoutout to everyone who showed up in January and earned their spot in our Committed Club. That’s not luck, that’s discipline. That’s ownership. That’s how real progress starts.
Results don’t come from one great workout. They come from stacking days, showing up when it’s hard, and staying locked in when motivation fades.
