2026 Hunt Recap – H&H Trophy Outfitting

What a year it’s been at H&H Trophy Outfitting! We’ve had the privilege of guiding hunters from all over on unforgettable adventures and helping turn hunting dreams into lifelong memories.

From chasing trophy whitetails in East Texas to pursuing mature bucks in the hardwoods of Pennsylvania, this season has been packed with heart-pounding moments and successful harvests. The pursuit of the American whitetail never gets old, and both Texas and Pennsylvania delivered in a big way this year.

But that’s not all…

Texas once again proved why it’s a premier destination for exotic big game. Our hunters had incredible success on:
• Powerful aoudad rams
• Stunning blackbuck antelope
• Rugged ibex rams
• Beautiful axis deer
• Majestic Nile lechwe

From spot-and-stalk adventures in the Texas hills to carefully planned trophy setups, every hunt brought its own challenge and reward. Watching our clients connect on bucket-list animals is what drives us every single day.

We’re beyond grateful for every hunter who trusted H&H Trophy Outfitting this year. Your dedication, patience, and passion for the outdoors make what we do truly special.

If you’ve been dreaming about your next trophy — whether it’s a Midwest whitetail or an exotic species in Texas — now is the time to start planning.

Let us help make your dream hunt become a reality.

Spots fill quickly each season — reach out today and let’s book your next adventure!

Out here chasing giants in the rugged West Texas country. 🏔️ Thank you Robert and Faith for joining H&H and Pease River teams for an unforgettable Valentines Day weekend hunt!

The terrain around CeeVee doesn’t give anything away easy — steep bluffs, rocky draws, and wide-open glassing country. Just the way an ibex ram likes it. Patience, good boots, and steady glass paid off on this incredible ram.

West Texas wind in your face, heart pounding, and one shot to make it count. Moments like this are why we hunt.

The last 23 hours have been an adventure to say the least. This nice fallow was shot Saturday evening with no blood visible anywhere. Let him sit for 4 hours then called in Forrest to take over. 2 miles into his track he found the buck and chased him in the woods and grabbed him a few times. Unfortunately he got away. Decided to let him lay over night and come back first thing. Forrest got back on his trail and found him after another 3 miles. Unfortunately same result. Later that evening riding around the ranch we spotted him at the opposite end of the property and was able to get a final shot on him and take him out. Not the way we wished it would have happened but so glad I got to experience it with my number 1 pup and watch him do what he loves.
