Fine Arts Signing Day at Highland Park High School! Congratulations to Dallas Ballet Senior Company member Olivia Bond!

Olivia will attend the University Honors Program at Southern Methodist University in the Hunt Leadership Scholars Program and as a BBA Scholar. She will pursue a double major on scholarship in the Cox School of Business and on scholarship in BFA Dance Performance at Meadows School of the Arts.

In addition to training and performing with Dallas Ballet Company, Olivia is an instructor and choreographer. Her work “Beethoven for IX” debuted at Les Danses D’Automne 2025 and was selected for the 2026 RDA Southwest Festival Emerging Artist Performance.

After Basilio fakes his own death to secure her hand in marriage, Kitri is triumphantly overjoyed! This variation requires tremendous stamina, fiery energy, crisp footwork and features the iconic Spanish fan!

Ballet V students taking class with last week!

Mr. Pardina is a distinguished ballet coach, including coaching two Prix de Lausanne winners and coaching the first ever Grand Prix winner of the YAGP finals in NY.

He served as principal teacher for the trainee program at Miami City Ballet, is a former Artistic Director of the Nice Opera Ballet in France, and taught at the HARID Conservatory.

Mr. Pardina’s professional dance career includes International Principal dancer, and he replaced Rudolph Nureyev at the Covent Garden in London.

Mr. Pardina comes to Dallas Ballet Center 4-6 times a year to work with our dancers!
