For those who follow my personal page, , it is no surprise that I am bringing a little one into this world soon! But I wanted to share with my fitness family as well, so here are a few FAQās:
1. I have and am still working out (currently in 3rd trimester)
2. I will provide retroactive content of my pregnancy fitness journey
3. Yāall are more worried about my āsnapbackā than I am
4. Mama is healthy, happy, and have been experiencing a magnificent pregnancy
