Welcome to our new Instructor Lauren! If you have any bendy goals come take her flexibility class every Tuesday and Thursday night at 5:15.

Lauren is 200-hour dual certified yoga teacher with an emphasis in neuroscience and nervous system regulation. She approaches flexibility through a blend of active mobility to build usable range of motion and deeper passive stretching to explore end-range flexibility. Outside of yoga, Lauren’s movement background also includes contortion training and rock climbing, which informs her approach to strength, control, and flexibility. Tuesday evening classes will be focused on splits and thursday evening classes will be focused on backbending and shoulder opening!
