Upcoming Workshop's with

Grounded Ground Acts: This workshop will focus on Poi but is open to anyone looking to expand their ground act through movement of the whole body. We will spend time working on solid foundations, transitions between skills, and adding movement with the whole body. All levels welcome. Poi will be available for use, any other props will need to be brought by students.

Lyra Shapes & Spins: This workshop is designed to explore the exciting shapes our bodies are capable of creating in the air. We will also spend time working on different spins and the techniques involved. Students should be comfortable inverting on their own.

Interested in performing in the December showcase but not sure where to start?
Showcase prep is an 8-week long class on Sundays, starting on October 5, to help you prepare a routine on your apparatus of choice. We will go over sequencing, musicality, offer feedback, and give you an opportunity for a dress rehearsal run of your piece on November 30.
Whether it’s your first time performing or looking to refine your next act, all are welcome!

Here’s a description:

This workshop is open to all levels but will focus primarily on those that have little to no experience on chains. We’ll flow through some different shapes, with some added modifications for those that have done chains before.

No previous experience is needed. Be prepared with one or two pairs of thick socks or leg warmers. Students may also opt to wear tops with sleeves that cover the elbows.
