Coach Wake started fencing at the age of 13 and was a member of the Chinese National Men's Epee team. Coach Wake was also the head coach for the Chinese Junior and Cadet National Epee Teams (men's and women's). Huge congratulations to TFSA fencer Devin Wang for winning a local A2 senior mixed epee event, and earning a fresh A2026 rating! Devin makes the third True Focus fencer who made the A rating while still in Y14.
Also congratulations to Amy Xu (Y12) who earned a silver medal in the junior event (three age groups up), and to Tristan Yao (Y14) who earned a sixth place medal in the junior event (two age groups up) at the SoCal RJCC!
