With more than 30 years of culinary leadership and hospitality experience, Chef Kamal brings a passion for exceptional dining, fresh seasonal ingredients, and innovative cuisine. A familiar name in the Dearborn culinary community, he previously held leadership roles at The Fairlane Club, Restaurant Ciao, Parisian Bistro, and Kasey’s Salad Bar, and has prepared meals for U.S. Presidents, international dignitaries, and members of the Royal Family of Qatar.

We’re excited for our members to experience Chef Kamal’s creativity and passion in the kitchen as he leads the next chapter of dining at Dearborn Country Club. Please join us in welcoming Chef Kamal to the DCC team!
