A few early afternoon tee times are available on the 18 hole course prior to our men’s league tee times. The exec 9 has plenty of availability.

🌧️COURSE UPDATE - Wednesday, September 9th🌧️

We inherited a few small lakes overnight. We are hopeful conditions will improve over the next few hours. In the meantime, the course is closed this morning. An update on opening will come later this morning. STAY TUNED!

For a superintendent, the job can feel like a constant game of “putting out fires” — equipment malfunctions, irrigation issues, heavy Iowa rain, extreme summer heat, and challenges that seem to never end.

Woodland Hills is incredibly fortunate to have a great superintendent at the helm. Jacob Hokanson puts in countless hours, much of it behind the scenes and long before the sun rises, working hard to make sure the course is ready for golfers.

A great course takes a great team, and Jacob’s hard work and commitment play a huge role in making Woodland Hills Google's top rated course in central Iowa.

📅 Saturday, October 10th
🏌️ 2-Cup, 4-Person Scramble

Here’s how it works:

⛳ There will be an 8-inch cup AND a 4-inch cup on every green.
🎯 The 4-inch cup will be placed in a more playable position.
💪 The 8-inch cup will be in a more challenging position.
🏆 You can play to either cup!

If you’ve played in one of our 2-Cup events in the past, this event will be very similar.

Tee times will run from 7:30 AM–2:30 PM.

Just a quick heads up for tomorrow!

Our 18-hole course will be closed all day Thursday as we host a charity event.

The Executive 9 will be open, so you can still get out and get your golf fix — but it will be WALKING ONLY all day!

A big shoutout to everyone who came out for Divots & Drinks to help take care of the course. A few beverages were had, a lot of laughs and companionship were shared, and an ABSURD amount of divots were filled! 😂🍺🏌️‍♂️
