We are working on finalizing our July classes with DMPS Community Education! We'll drop links as soon as they are available and send to those who have messaged us directly.
At this time, it's looking like Monday evenings and Saturday mornings starting mid July and running into early August.
If your routine has lost its luster, or if you don't have a routine, check us out. We focus on adding a layer of gaming to your workout which has helped participants actually look forward to their next workout.

We are playtesting a new scenario in the next week or so in Des Moines Metro. Let us know if you'd be interested in being a playtester for a fitness class.
Our testing verifies class balance, fun level, and streamlines it for our paid classes.

We've come a long way since our first playtests last year. We've replaced the cardboard boxes with boxing bags (which have held up significantly better), obtained a group fitness certification from ACE (American Council on Exercise) and now are about a week away from running classes.
For you, this time next year, how far will you have come in your health goals and fitness aspirations? Could a fitness class help you get there?

We are taking a new approach to fitness.
Most assume achieving fitness goals is all grit and no fun. But thats where we pivoted away from the norm.
Our classes are unique in that the fitness elements are married to the game elements.
A mix of cardio, strength training, and gamified scenarios that keep you engaged the whole way through.
The program utilizes team collaboration and competition in each workout. Each exercise builds towards your teams goal for the scenario. More movement and collaboration, the better your odds in battle.

Our Thursday morning fitness class in June is all about building strength. Less focus on cardio and more attention on getting quality reps in.
Each week has a different set of muscles worked coupled with a scenario for players to explore and have fun with!

One of the classes we are particularly excited for is our cardio oriented fitness class called Siege Sprint.
This will be a class that gets your heart rate up and going with a good sweat. A perfect way to start the day!
One of the first things you'll notice after working on your cardio is that stairs don't take your breath away like they used to. Or that stairs are now faster than taking the elevator.
We will be running this class on Tuesday mornings at 530am to 630am. Which may seem early, but we also think the best way to guarantee your workout is to knock it out first thing in the morning, before life gets a chance to say "How about no."

We want to introduce our approach to fitness to as many people as possible. For our classes in June, we decided to add in a provision where each participant can bring a friend to a class.

Siege Conditioning classes start up in Des Moines early June! There will be three class options so you can choose what you want to focus on. Each class will run once a week for four weeks.
