Like LUCY HOLDING THE FOOTBALL FOR CHARLIE BROWN, the CHEAP CHRIS ILLITCH RUN, TIGER ORGANIZATION, waited, for this team, to FINALLY CLEAR IT'S COMING OUT SPRING TRAINING COBWEBS AWAY, get back close to the top of the division, and possible playoffs, TO TRADE TARIK SKBUL, TO THE NOW, EVIL EMPIRE OF THE LOS ANGELES DODGERS!

So you long suffering fans, FINALLY HAD ANOTHER GOLDEN GOOSE, A HERO, A ICONIC TIGER, another VIERLANDER, OR MIGGY, and you ran up to kick that football, and BOOM, YOU'RE BACK ON YOUR ASS, FLAT ON YOUR BACK, looking at another 7 to 10 year REBUILD! And if some of you don't have CHRIS ILLITCH, INSTANT AMENSIA, this was basically the same deal offered to the DODGERS LAST YEAR, but AJ. HINCH, AND THOSE DAMN, DIDN'T WANNA QUIT TIGERS, got their PAWS together, made a run, after a big COLLASPE, got to the playoffs, and were one, NOT TAKING SKUBAL OUT IN A GAME 7 MOVE, from getting to, maybe a WORLD SERIES!

But as we know, THIS IS NOT ABOUT THE GAME, OR THE FANS, THIS IS ABOUT MONEY! And your TIGERS, who at one point in their very early history of COMERICA PARK, almost got sold to EDSEL FORD, AND OTHERS, because COMERICA PARK, was the not the cash cow it was promised to be. But Skubal was, and he was a guy you could count on, and be entertained too!

BUT SORRY FOLKS, THE PIZZAMAN IS GONE, and Mike would've never allowed this to happen to his GOLDEN GOOSE. You know in 1987, the TIGERS WENT FOR THE PLAYOFFS, and made a trade kinda of like this, for proven vet, DOYLE ALEXANDER, for some unknown prospect, WHO TURNED OUT TO BE HALL OF FAMER, JOHN SMOLTZ! Nobody knew that would happen, but who are these THREE DODGER STIFFS, who don't have that kind of talent, that is supposed to make you forget about that SKUBAL GOOSE, patch holes like FLEX TAPE, when all you got back, was an CRACKED BATS, AND AN EMPTY BAG OF BASEBBALLS! Only time will tell.

BUT WITH SUPPOSEDLY A MLB OWNERS LOCKOUT COMING, BECAUSE THESE MADMEN, CAN'T STOP THEMSELVES FROM SPENDING, and now want the players to HAVE A SALARY CAP, THERE COULD BE A TWICE AS LONG PERIOD, BETWEEN THIS TIGER FRANCHISE, EVER COMING OUT OF LOSRSVILLLE, AND EVEN HAVING A CHANCE TO MAKE PLAYOFFS, OR A WORLD SERIES. Because we all know MANAGEMENT WILL GET TIRED OF AJ HINCH, AND MOVE ON, they will trade whatever prospects they have in the minors away, or rush them ahead of their time, to the majors, AND ruin them. AND THAT'S WHEN YOUR 7 TO 10 YEAR REBULD KICKS IN AGAIN, and we just came out of that nightmare, and have enjoyed some pretty good baseball. BUT RIGHT NOW, YOUR DETROIT TIGERS, are getting in position to be like the old ST. LOUIS BROWNS, OR CLEVELAND INDIANS, were you become a BIG FARM TEAM FOR THE BIGGER TEAMS Everytime, you produce a good solid player, a superstar, THEY GET GOBBLED UP TO THE DODGERS, YANKEES, OR USED TO BE, RED SOXS!

SOME OF YOU WILL GET WHAT I WAS TRYING TO SAY, maybe not today, or a year from now, but years from now. BUT I'VE BEEN UP TO THE PLATE A FEW TIMES, AND HAVE SEEN THIS NASTY SLIDER A FEW TIMES BEFORE! But damn, I'd rather have SKUBAL ON MY TEAM, KICKING THE DODGERS RICH ASSESS, than have the TIGER FRANCHISE, and broken hearted fans, POSTING ALREADY, when the Dodgers, THE EVIL EMPIRE, come to the D, and run this now, BEAT UP, NEAR MINOR LEAGUE TEAM, all around COMERICA PARK, August 28-30th!

WHEN YOUR OWNERS, BUILD ARENAS AND STADIUMS FOR THEMSELVES, JUST TO MAKE MONEY, things like this tend to happen, OVER AND OVER! But when the DETROIT PISTONS, built the PALACE not only for it's fans, but also to make money, HOW MANY CHAMPIONSHIPS, did they get rewarded with altogether, 3, not including the VIPERS AND SHOCK!

THE PISTONS ARE MOVING ON, BUT AT WHAT DESTRUCTIVE COST?

Let me say, I AM A BAD BOY, A PISTON DIE HARD, who has hardly missed ANY PLAYOFF GAMES, since I was a tiny fella, watching the Pistons play in the playoffs back int he 70's, against GOLDEN STATE!
And I went to EVERY HOME PLAYOFF GAME, during the DREADED TEAL ERA, and until they priced me out in 2005. AND THIS YEAR, because I went to meeting for old DETROIT DRIVE FANS, back when the Palace had an ARENA FOOTBALL TEAM, called the Detroit Fury, I was recruited to buy season tickets for the Pistons this season!

But as the PISTONS FACED ELIMINATION against the Orlando Magic in game 5, THE SERIES WENT TO PRIME VIDEO, something on my cable, that I once had, and XFINITY, CUT IT OUT OF MY PACKAGE, as they raised by monthly bill to $300 dollars. SO IT BASICALLY BECAME A PAY PER VIEW SERIES! The Pistons win, come to Orlando for game 6, and win that, AND AGAIN, IT'S ON PRIME VIDEO. So as the Pistons come home for the deciding game 7, IT'S NOT ON MY TV AGAIN, because the game is one WXYZ, ABC, and it's blocked out because COMCRAP-XFINITY can't cut a deal, WITH GREEDY SCRIPTS, that owns WXYZ.

Now one might say, when this happens whenever the LIONS face the same conflict, LOCAL TV, BUSTS THEIR ASSSESS, and moves to the games to local tv, so Lions fans, can see their team. BUT THIS IS THE PISTONS, who have been lost deep in the woods of the NBA'S WILDERNESS FOR NEARLY A DECADE, and they have finally cut a path out, and risen to be the BEST TEAM IN THE NBA! And this deciding GAME 7, IS ABC, home of ESPN, THE SEC, ACC, AND THE MOUSE FROM DISNEY WORLD! Surely, they could do for the Pistons what they've done for the LIONS? ALL THE ESPN STATIONS, chose to go with their regular programing of TEXAS VS ARKANSAS-SEC BASEBALL, some women's team vollyball, and BASKETBALL FROM AFRICA, plus one of those 30-30 SHOWS! The DETROIT PISTONS, were not worth it to ABC-ESPN, to bump one of those shows locally, to put on a HISTORIC GAME 7. THAT'S SAD AND PATHETIC, AND PITTYFUL, IN THIS TIME OF NEGLECT AND GREEDY GABILLIONAIRES! Hey let's face it, THE PISTONS STATUS, IS STILL NOT THAT STEADY, after sucking for so many years, and they need all the POSTITIVE COVERAGE AND VIBES THEY CAN GET! But for a bunch of GREEDY RICH BASTARDS TO CANCEL OUT 3 GAMES OF A LOCAL CONTENDER'S NBA PLAYOFF GAMES, is just plain STUPID!

I don't know if I should BLAME THE PISTONS, or the GABILLIONARIES, arguing over $5 to $10 million, so that one of them, CAN GO BUY A YACHT, that goes EAST, to go along with is fleet, that goes NORTH, SOUTH, AND WEST!

I sure hope you BAD BOYS AND BAD GIRLS, got to see all the games I didn't get to see, but if you didn't, I HOPE YOU ARE ASS PI**ED OFF ABOUT THIS CORPORATE GREED, AND STUPID, as I am! THE WINGS, TIGERS, AND PISTONS, now all come on different stations, thanks to some of this crap, but if this is the future of SPORTS ENTERTAINMENT, I WANTS NO PART OF IT! I used to say, I'll just keep my ass at home, and enjoy it on TV! But now, YOU CAN'T EVEN DO THAT ANYMORE!
