BLOC PARTY is here!! The Motor City's first annual climbing gear festival takes over the gym on Saturday, October 17, and we're turning the whole place into a showroom.
Talk shop with reps from La Sportiva, Scarpa, Black Diamond, Ocun, and Tenaya. Lace up demo pairs, get on the wall, and feel what a shoe actually does — as many pairs from as many brands as you want, all day long.
It's more than shoes, though. We're also spotlighting local trailblazers that got their start right here at DYNO — Pangoo Apparel and Little Ghost Resole — plus chalk + skincare from Friction Labs and Joshua Tree.
THE LINEUP:

Shoes, chalk, gear + apparel. Demo everything, all day.

✌️ DETROIT COFFEE CLUB • 9 AM–4 PM
✌️ DYNO CHALLENGE • 11:30 AM–3:30 PM
Stick as many dynos as you can in 60 seconds. Every clean landing earns a raffle ticket.
✌️ MYSTERY CHALLENGE • 11:30 AM–3:30 PM
The floor is lava. The wall is slab. You'll see.
