Here's to a great August, y'all 🌊

Build a rock-solid foundation to climb more challenging routes! This small-group class is held on our bouldering walls and is designed to develop competence and confidence on the wall so you can climb more efficiently and, well, harder!

Here's some of what you'll learn:

• Climbing Vocabulary: Learn the terminology used by the pros.
• Holds & Terrain: How to identify different hold types and navigate various wall angles.
• Foundational Movement: Begin to develop the body positioning and footwork that make climbing feel more flowy and intuitive.
• Personal Coaching: Receive 1-on-1 feedback on a climb of your choice to put your new skills into practice.

🗓️ 2nd & 4th Monday of every month.
⏰ Time: 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM (90 minutes).

🎟️ $35 for non-members: includes a day pass and shoe rental.

Join us for our next Women's Meet Up on Thursday, August 6 from 6–8 PM (and every 1st Thursday of the month)!

Everyone is welcome, regardless of experience or fitness! Come solo or bring some friends, it's a great way to get a workout in and connect with other female climbers!

Meet Ups offer a discounted rate of $18 for day passes including climbing shoes and harness for guests of the gym.

LiVING Ai plays the DYNO patio (or inside the gym, if the AQI is still high) on Thursday, July 23 from 7–8:30 PM! Free for all! Active waiver required. Sign your waiver at the link in our bio or at the front desk when you arrive.

Climb before and after the set during our Member Meetup (6 PM - close). We'll run these every 4th Thursday of the month with nametags for your climbing preferences, partner pairings, DYNO Bingo, raffle & prizes.

Meet on the patio for a staff-led short run (2–3 mi) or self-led long run (3–5 mi), followed by climbing.
