Who needs dumbbells when you’ve got pumpkins? 🎃💪

Today’s Mitten Fitness workout was all about teamwork: partners, a 35-pound pumpkin, and 45 minutes of what felt like a game of hot potato (or should we say…hot pumpkin?).

Be honest: would you rather lift a pumpkin or save it for pie season? 🥧

We had a great couple of pumpkin WOD classes this morning! Huge thanks to everyone who showed up and dressed up, today! 💪👻🎉

Special shout out to Wing Farms for donating pumpkins to our cause! 🎃 They’re open this weekend and running a full wagon load sale! Two James Spirits is there with their pop-up bar, too. I can’t imagine a better way to pick a pumpkin!
