A little bit about Bumper to Bumper!
Video of dance below⬇
Bumper to Bumper is a sharp, modern Intermediate line dance that brings a lot of groove and "attitude" to the floor. Choreographed by Jevan Canada in mid-2025, it’s set to the catchy song "Tráfico" by Casely.
Because the music has a smooth, urban Latin-pop vibe, the dance focuses on flow and percussive transitions rather than the percussive stomping you’ll find in "She's Not Afraid."
Dance Breakdown
Structure: This is a 64-count, 2-wall dance. It’s long, but the phrasing matches the music very well.
The Vibe: It’s all about "Socal traffic" style—smooth, cool, and rhythmic. It feels less like a traditional country dance and more like a modern urban routine.
Why It’s Intermediate
The challenge in Bumper to Bumper lies in the count density. With 64 counts and a few "out-out" ball-change variations, there isn't much "dead air" in the choreography.
The Wall 3 Tag is a specific spot to watch: after 46 counts, instead of the usual spiral turn, you'll perform 3 Boogie Walks (left, right, left) before restarting the dance. It’s a fun rhythm breaker that always gets a good reaction once the group nails it!
