Return from ACL tear.
Get recruited to play D1 lacrosse.
Become team leader.
Set program records.
Emily started at Training HAUS focused on a "complete rebuild" after her ACL tear, but now going into her senior year of college, she's focused on setting records.
"The jumps that I've been able to make over breaks, summer and winter, when I come back to Training HAUS, have been the most evident measures of success. My coaches notice and my stats on the field support the impact."
That's the definition of HAUS built.

Getting Jake back in the game.
After a partial plantar fascia rupture during his season with the Miami Marlins, Jake started his journey with Training HAUS at the end of August 2025.
Over the next four and half months, he put in the work with our full team — physical therapists, athletic trainers, sports scientists, podiatrists and Pilates instructors — focused on rebuilding strength and getting him pain-free.
That full-body approach paid off. Jake not only recovered, he’s back on the field this spring with the Lancaster Stormers of the Atlantic League, an MLB Partner League.

After her ACL injury, Maya came to Training HAUS with one goal in mind: to come back stronger and more confident than before.
Eight months later, she passed her return-to-play test and hasn't looked back.
"Training HAUS strengthened my resilience and instilled a mindset of getting 1% better every day."
Now she's preparing for her next soccer season — collegiate or professional. We'll be right there with her.

From freshman goals to Gopher softball — meet Kennedy.
When Kennedy first walked into Training HAUS as a high school freshman, the goal was simple: get faster and stronger. What happened next went far beyond the gym.
Through training, Kennedy discovered how the body works, the importance of recovery, and how fueling performance is just as critical as putting in reps. That foundation didn't just make Kennedy a better softball player — it shaped an entire future. Kennedy is now competing for the Minnesota Gophers and studying Kinesiology at the University of Minnesota with plans to pursue a career in physical therapy.
"It prepared me for that next step playing a Division 1 sport and allowed me to easily transition into my team's lifting and conditioning sessions."
From the HAUS to the Big Ten — we couldn't be prouder. And she'll be back this summer.
