We’re proud to have Dick Blooston as part of the Braemar community and to celebrate his well-earned induction into the Minnesota Golf Hall of Fame! Congratulations, Dick!

Few have demonstrated lasting competitive excellence in Minnesota golf quite like Dick Blooston.

From his role on the University of Minnesota’s 1963 Big Ten Championship team to decades of success at the state and national level, Blooston’s playing career is defined by consistency and achievement. A three-time MGA Senior Player of the Year and 1998 MPGA Senior Public Links champion, he also qualified for 14 USGA championships across four decades, a testament to his enduring presence in the game.

This spring, he will take his place among the game’s greats.
