This week, our feature goes out to Brooklynn!
Brooklynn is a collegiate basketball player at Northern State University, and this past summer was her third summer training at ETS.
We always enjoy having her personality in the facility, and it was awesome seeing all her hard work and progress this summer.
Good luck on the school year and the upcoming season!

In-season training isn’t about trying to build as much as possible. It’s about maintaining the qualities you’ve spent the off-season developing while managing the demands of competition.
Think of it like maintaining a car: you don’t wait until something breaks to take care of it. You perform regular maintenance so it’s ready to perform when you need it.
For athletes, that means continuing to expose them to strength, speed, and power while adjusting volume, intensity, and exercise selection around practices and competition.
The goal: keep the athlete prepared to perform without creating unnecessary fatigue.

This week, our feature goes out to Demetrius!
Demetrius has been a coach at ETS Central for the past two years. He has done a fantastic job in working with all our athletes, and building relationships with them.
This weekend, Demetrius will be moving to Ogden, Utah as he will begin the process of opening ETS Performance Ogden.
We wanted to thank him for all his hard work and dedication, and wish him luck as he starts his new journey. He will be missed!

As summer winds down, and our college athletes head back to school, we just wanted to take a second to wish them all luck on the year ahead!
We weren’t able to get a picture with all of them before they left, but we wanted to showcase a few of our awesome college athletes.
We hope they all dominate this coming year!

This week, our feature goes out to Maddie!
Earlier this year, Maddie unfortunately tore her ACL playing soccer. Following surgery, Maddie has dominated her rehab and she has been consistent in her training to get back onto the soccer field.
We are super proud of her effort and the positive attitude she has displayed over the past few months.
We look forward to seeing her back on the field in the near future!
